We are accepting applications for the Student Nurse Preceptorship Grant for the winter quarter. The current deadline is April 11, 2025. We will not accept any late submissions.
At the end of each application, enter an email address to receive a confirmation for your record.
Important reminders:
- Preceptor must have a personal Statewide Vendor Number(SWV), we do not accept DBA/Business SWV.
- Preceptors must update Office of Financial Management with any contact information or any other personal information changes.
- We encourage direct deposit for quickest way to get your reimbursement.
