Researchers at the University of Washington School of Nursing are conducting a study to explore the experiences of care during pregnancy and birth during the COVID-19 pandemic in order to inform future care practice and policy. We specifically want to hear from BIPOC nurses!

To be eligible to participate, you will need to:
• Be 18 years old or older
• Be a nurse who was working or currently working in labor and delivery during COVID
• Identify as Black, Indigenous, or a person of color

The study consists of a 1-2 hour interview over video or phone, in which you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences working during the COVID-19 pandemic. You will be provided a $50 gift card for your participation.

All participation is voluntary and will be kept confidential. If you are interested in participating, please contact Molly Altman at mraltman@uw.edu or 206-949-9156 (text).
