WA multistate license application opens Jan. 31, 2024

Starting Jan. 31 at 3:00 p.m., nurses whose primary state of residence (PSOR) is Washington will be able to apply for a multistate license (MSL).

  • The MSL upgrade fee is $65.
  • You must still pay your annual renewal fee to maintain an active license in Washington state.
  • Your license number won't change when upgrading to an MSL.
