The WABON indefinitely suspended the registered nurse and advanced registered nurse practitioner licenses of Medea R. Karr (ARNP.AP.30006987-NP, RN.RN.00158723) following a prior summary suspension of Karr’s licenses. Pierce County
The WABON has charged registered nurse Melissa Ann Teague (RN.RN.61345213) with unprofessional conduct. Snohomish County
The WABON has granted Nicole Gonzalez (NTEC.NS.61634177) a license to practice as a registered nursing technician with conditions on the license. In February 2024, Gonzalez was convicted of rendering criminal assistance in the second degree, a gross misdemeanor.
Spokane County
The WABON has charged registered nurse Lara May Jarrett (RN.RN.60710737) with unprofessional conduct. Allegations state Jarrett was observed to exhibit signs of impairment while on duty and tested positive for cocaine and cocaine metabolites.
