Donna Poole, MSN, ARNP, PMHCNS-BC, passed away peacefully in the evening hours of Wednesday, September 25th, following a stroke.
Donna held the ARNP seat on the board and served as vice chair, making significant contributions throughout her tenure. She completed a partial term starting in 2012 and went on to serve two full terms, finishing in 2021. Prior to that, she served as a pro tem for four one-year terms, where her commitment and leadership were equally admired. Many of you who worked with Donna know she was a remarkable, strong-willed leader and a driving force during her time with WABON. Donna's impact on the nursing community and her service to WABON have left an enduring legacy. Her wisdom, compassion, and dedication will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
