I am an organizational change and development professional from London, England who currently lives and works in Seattle.

I spent my early career working as a registered nurse in HIV / AIDS & Oncology before transitioning to continuous improvement and organizational development with an emphasis on removing burden and improving quality in the fields of healthcare, architecture & design, aerospace, manufacturing, and local government.

I am currently at King County Metro as a change manager. I really enjoy the partnership with the frontline and supporting their ideas to come to fruition.

I enjoy the Arts in all its forms especially live music, spending time with family and friends and going on city hikes.
